Fact Check
In our fact-check, we extracted keyframes from the viral video and conducted a reverse image search. During this process, we found a report published by Anadolu Agency on December 18, 2023. According to the report, rockets fired from Lebanon targeted the northern Israeli city of Kiryat Shmona, which is located close to the Lebanon border. The attacks were reportedly carried out from southern parts of Lebanon by armed groups, causing significant damage to buildings and triggering fires in the area.

Further during the investigation, we also found the same video posted on November 2, 2023, by Khair Eddin Aljabri on his X handle, indicating that the footage is old and related to rocket attacks from southern Lebanon, not a recent incident from Tel Aviv.
