A video is being shared that purportedly shows an Indian TV news anchor questioning PM Modi’s diplomatic handling of the west Asia conflict and furiously reacting to Pakistan’s mediation. This video is being shared as real footage.
Sharing the video, the Pakistani Propaganda handle Tactical Tribune wrote, “Indian media anchor went crazy while reporting about the diplomatic victory of Pakistan in Iran War.”

Another handle 23 DERECE stated, “Indian media erupted in anger over the news of a 2-week ceasefire between the US and Iran. The host, furious that the agreement was brokered under Pakistan’s leadership, had a nervous breakdown on live broadcast and trashed the studio.”

In our fact-check investigation, we closely analyzed the viral video and noticed several discrepancies. For instance, at the 11-second time frame, a breaking news banner appears at the bottom right of the screen. However, a typographical error is evident, as ‘Breaking’ is written as ‘Breakin.’
At the 10-second time stamp, the anchor is seen holding a white sheet of paper. However, in the next frame, as he reacts angrily and slams his hand on the desk, the paper unnaturally slips from his hand and abruptly turns black. This suggests a clear visual inconsistency and AI-manipulation.
In the video, a channel logo is visible at the top-right corner, which appears to be identical to the Aaj Tak’s logo, it contains gibberish and unreadable text. On the bottom left, another logo resembling the ABP logo is visible. Here, too, the characters are heavily distorted and indecipherable. All this indicates that this is not a genuine channel logo, but rather a poor imitation with errors, which is common in AI-generated videos.
Apart from that, the video also contains several textual inconsistencies. The background graphics displays a mix of Hindi and English phrases in a cluttered manner. Hindi texts appear grammatically incorrect . Such irregular typography are common indicators of AI-generated videos.
Additionally, around 17-second, the anchor flips the chair with an unnatural and smooth motion, lacking realist physical movement.
In conclusion, the clip showing an Indian TV anchor reacting angrily to Pakistan mediating in the West Asia conflict is not real. There are several anomalies clearly visible in the video at different time frames such as typographical errors, visual inconsistencies, distorted logos and texts. All this indicates that the clip has been AI-generated.
