Fact Check
In our fact-checking research, we extracted various keyframes from the video and performed a reverse image search on them. During this process, we came across a report by Oda TV that featured the same video. According to this report, the video is from the 2003 ‘Shock and Awe’ operation, during which the United States launched massive airstrikes on Baghdad during the invasion of Iraq.
The 2003 invasion of Iraq was a military invasion carried out by the United States and its allies under the orders of George W. Bush. On March 3, 2003, the United States launched airstrikes and ground operations against Iraq, targeting its capital city, Baghdad.
We found the same video in an August 2010 report by Reuters, which stated that the explosion footage is from the 2003 bombardment of Baghdad during the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq.

Furthermore, in the claimed video, a tower-like structure is visible at the 4-second mark.

We found archived footage of the Shock and Awe operation from 2003 on the ITN Archive YouTube channel. In this video, the same tower is visible at around the 30-second mark. All of this strongly suggests that the viral video is unrelated to the Iran–Israel conflict and actually shows the 2003 US strikes on Baghdad.

Additionally, a keyword search for Baghdad Tower led us to an image of a clock tower. A side-by-side comparison confirms that it is the same tower shown in the viral video, as both visuals feature a distinctive square-like block at the top.
We also searched for Baghdad Clock Tower on Google Maps and located the clock tower, confirming that it is situated in the capital of Iraq.

In conclusion, a 2003 clip of airstrikes on Baghdad during the Iraq invasion is being misleadingly shared as Iranian missile strikes on Tel Aviv.
