Thailand Factory Fire Video Shared as Iran’s Attack on Israel
A video showing a massive blaze is going viral on social media, with a large plume of smoke visible in the footage. It is being claimed that the visuals are from the ongoing Iran–Israel conflict, alleging that Iran has launched an attack on Israel. However, our investigation found that this claim is misleading.
An X user named Manisha Chaubey shared the viral video and wrote, “Breaking News: Iran has started attacking Israel. O Allah, grant victory to whomever You will, just as You did during the Battle of Badr in Ramadan. Ameen.”
Another X handle named Leader also shared the video and wrote, “Breaking News: Iran has intensified its attacks on Israel. O Allah, just as Yazid was defeated in the Battle of Badr during Ramadan, defeat Israel and the United States as well. Ameen. Eid Mubarak.”

To verify the viral video, we extracted keyframes and performed a reverse image search. During this process, we found the same video uploaded on March 6, 2026, on a YouTube channel named Paedriw City.
According to the video’s description, it shows a fire at a thinner bottling plant in Chachoengsao, Thailand. The footage captures intense explosions and loud blasts occurring intermittently for hours. Authorities reportedly deployed more than 10 nearby water trucks to control the blaze but struggled due to the confined space and continuous explosions from thinner tanks. Large fireballs were seen rising over 30 meters into the air, while over 40 workers managed to escape safely.
