Yesterday, on July 15, 2022, NDTV took to its Twitter account and tweeted about the circular issued by the Rajya Sabha prohibiting \u201cdharna and protests on Parliament premises.\u201d NDTV referred to the no-protest circular as a \u201cnew rule.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
