A video circulating on social media shows two masked men attempting to hang a blindfolded man with his hands tied. It is being shared with the claim that Iran is executing Israeli spies recently caught spying for Israel.
Afreen claimed, ‘Iran hanged a MOSSAD agent who was spying for Israel.’
Samajwadi Party Leader IP Singh claimed, ‘Since the war ended, the Iranian Islamic regime has arrested more than 700 Jewish Iranians, one-tenth of Iran’s entire Jewish population. They are being falsely accused of being ‘Mossad agents’ and publicly hanged from cranes. Where are the world human rights people?’
Rizwan Khan wrote, ‘Mossad spies are being killed in Iran.’
Mojtahed Najran, Aman Shan, Neki ki raah and Sarhad ka Rakshad shared a similar claim.

We began our fact-checking research by conducting a reverse image search of the viral video. The search led us to a YouTube video uploaded by Alireza Donyadideh on April 16, 2024, with the caption, “Behind the scenes of the movie. Stunt designer- Alireza Donyadideh.”
In the channel description, Alireza introduces himself as a “Stuntman, Action Scene Designer & Adrenaline Junkie.” He adds, “On this channel, I’ll take you behind the scenes of the action world; raw, real, and full of thrill! From jaw-dropping stunts to the creative chaos of action design; this is where the REAL magic happens!”
In conclusion, the viral video showing two masked men executing a blindfolded man is from a film shoot. This video is being falsely shared as the execution of a Mossad agent by Iran.
