A religiously provocative speech is going viral on the internet. In the video, the speaker says, “Be it 80 thousand, 80 crore, or 80 billion, when it comes to Prophet Muhammad, I keep them on their toes.” The speaker implies that no matter how many people stand against him, he will neither bow down nor hold back when it comes to the Prophet. At the end of the video, the speaker, visibly angry, tears up a piece of paper while delivering the speech.
Kavish Voice sharing the video wrote, ‘I say whether it is 80 thousand, 80 crore or 80 billion, when it comes to Muhammad (SA) I keep him on my toes.’
MD Enayat, and Imran Raza Safi also shared the video.

We started a reverse image search of the video. Upon searching, we found a YouTube video shared on March 15, 2011, by Urdu Sad Poetry. The video was titled, “Historic Speech of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto at UN Security Council, December 15, 1971.”
In the speech, the then President and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, said:
“Yesterday, my eleven-year-old son telephoned me from Karachi and said, ‘Do not come back with a document of surrender. We do not want to see you back in Pakistan if you do that.’ I will not take back a document of surrender from the Security Council. I will not be a party to the legalization of aggression. The Security Council has failed miserably, shamefully. Let us face the stark truth. I have got no stakes left for the moment. That is why I am speaking the truth from my heart.
For four days, we have been deliberating here. For four days, the Security Council has procrastinated. Why? Because the objective was for Dhaka to fall. That was the objective. It was quite clear to me from the beginning. All right, so what if Dhaka falls? So what if Dhaka falls? So what if the whole of East Pakistan falls? So what if the whole of West Pakistan falls? So what if our state is obliterated? We will build a new Pakistan. We will build a better Pakistan. We will build a greater Pakistan.”
He later said: “I find it disgraceful to my person and to my country to remain here a moment longer than is necessary. I am not boycotting. Impose any decision, have a treaty worse than the Treaty of Versailles, legalize aggression, legalize occupation, legalize everything that has been illegal up to December 15, 1971. I will not be a party to it. We will fight; we will go back and fight. My country beckons me. Why should I waste my time here in the Security Council? I will not be a party to the ignominious surrender of a part of my country. You can take your Security Council.”
The former Foreign Minister and President of Pakistan, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, then tore up the paper and left the Security Council.
We also found a New York Times report published on December 16, 1971. The report stated: “Pakistan’s Foreign Minister, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, his face streaked with tears, walked out of the Security Council today after accusing it of ‘legalizing aggression.’”
Giving you the context, on December 15, 1971, Poland proposed a resolution calling for: a ceasefire, withdrawal of forces and transfer of power to elected representatives in East Pakistan
However, the resolution failed. By December 16, 1971, Indian troops had reached the outskirts of Dhaka, and the Pakistani army surrendered. The withdrawal date was advanced, and Indian troops were withdrawn by March 16, 1972.
As a result, Pakistan’s Foreign Minister, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, on December 15, 1971 condemned the UNSC for failing to act in time. He tore up the resolution and walked out of the session.
While moving forward, we used a keyword search to locate the audio in the viral video and found a YouTube video uploaded by the Mradhubhashi news channel. The video posted by the news channel clearly shows the man saying exactly what was said in the viral video. In the video, the reporter explained that Abdul Rahman, the president who made a controversial statement on a channel in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh, had been arrested. Abdul Rahman made inflammatory comments regarding BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma’s statement. The police took action in this matter and arrested Abdul Rahman.
Hence, the viral video of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto speaking about Prophet Muhammad is edited.
