A few Twitter users going by the handle @/Mishra_14 , Ambedkarite @/RajeshSongara5, and @/kamalBararaAsp who is Bhim Army Haryana State President as per his bio, tweeted a heart-wrenching video, in which a woman is sitting between the coupling of a train cradling her infant as the train speeds up. The user tweeted the video and wrote that the woman in the video does not have money to buy a train ticket and Godi media is busy celebrating the achievements of an illiterate prime minister. The tweet has so far garnered 6.1k likes.

We started our research with the reverse image search, and came across a tweet by PIB fact check team from May, 2020.
The tweet by the PIB refutes the claim of this video being from India. According to the PIB fact check team the video is from Bangladesh, not India.
Moreover, on the shutter stock website, we also discovered a stock photo of a different trains in Bangladesh, which has passenger train bogies that has two white strings on the lower side of the train, exactly below the windows, similar to the train in the video.
Apart from that, we also found that the same video uploaded on the YouTube channel based in Bangladesh Prothom Alo. The video was uploaded on September 13, 2016 with a title, “ঈদ মানে ঘরে ফেরা, মানসিক বা শারীরিকভাবে” (Eid means returning home, mentally or physically).
