A video is going viral on social media showing a white woman giving birth to dark-skinned twin which shocks her husband. It is being claimed that in February this year, the woman had visited India and later conceived and gave birth to darked-skinned twin.
Sharing the video, the handle Shivraj Yadav wrote, “A woman in America has given birth to twin children whose skin is dark and hair is black, leaving the father stunned! It is being said that the woman had come to Agra in the month of February to visit the Taj Mahal.” (Archived link)
IND Story asserted, “An American woman gave birth to twins, and God has given them a dark complexion. Seeing the babies dark skin and black hair, the father was shocked. The doctor tried to explain a lot, but the father was not ready to accept it; the question falls squarely on the wife as to whether these two are her children or someone else’s.” (Archived link)
Another user Parmanand Azamgarhi claimed, “A woman in America has given birth to twins whose skin and black hair have caused the parents’ reaction to go viral on the internet. The woman had come to India this year to see the Taj Mahal in Agra.” (Archived link)

The video has also been shared on Instagram by many handles with the same claim, garnering millions of views and shares.

In our fact check research, we took keyframes from the viral video and conducted a reverse image search. The reverse search led to us Instagram Post by AI Wonderfel, where we found the same video.
The Instagram post contains the InVideo watermark, which is tool used to generated artificial videos using text prompts. We also found that the video was first posted on AI Wonderfel account and later went viral on multiple social media platforms accompanied with the fake claim.
The bio of the AI Wonderfel handle states that they create AI-generated videos. We also found two more similar AI videos on the page showing white women giving birth to dark-skinned twin. Several other AI videos are available on this channel as well.
In conclusion, the video going viral with the claim that a white woman gave birth to dark-skinned twins after her visit to the Taj Mahal in India this year is not real; it is AI-generated.
