A video is going viral on social media showing a Hindu priest carrying a child who suddenly collapses in the middle of the road. A Muslim couple then comes forward to help the priest. The video is being shared with claims that the Muslim couple helped the priest, who had suffered a seizure and collapsed on the road.
A Twitter handle named Dronacharya posted the video with the caption: “God did not come to save the Priest; see for yourself. The priest repeatedly expresses gratitude with folded hands. It is being said that the priest was helped by a Muslim couple.”

An Instagram handle named nazmeen.typist.01 shared the same video and wrote, “A muslim never looks at caste or religion.”
Another account claimed, “Neither should I become a Hindu nor should you become a Muslim. Instead, I should become a human being, and so should you.”

Fact Check
During our investigation, we searched for key frames from the video using reverse image search and found the complete version of the video posted on the “3RD EYE” YouTube channel.
The video was uploaded on May 6, 2022 with the caption: “SALUTE TO THIS COUPLE || This is Heart Touching || Social Awareness Video by 3rd Eye.” We found that the video was scripted and made for social awareness.
The video description says, “Please be aware that this Channel features scripted dramas and parodies to Aware People in Differnet Situations. This Channel Brings Social Awareness Videos. These short films are for entertainment purposes only!”

Many more such scripted videos are available on this “3RD EYE” YouTube channel.
