On February 14, 2023, BRS party’s social media convenor Y Sathish Reddy aka YSR shared a video on Twitter showing empty chairs in the public meeting addressed by PM Narendra Modi at Dausa, Rajasthan. Moreover, along with the video he wrote, Modi’s Image is falling as fast as the stock value of Adani.
So, through his tweet, he was trying to convey that very few people came to hear PM Modi in his rally at Dausa, Rajasthan. Moreover, he was also trying to convey that PM Modi’s popularity has gone downhill like Adani.
So, is it true that PM Modi’s image has fallen in Rajasthan? Let’s Fact Check.

Fact Check
Rajasthan is scheduled to hold assembly elections later this year. For this reason, PM Modi held a public meeting at Dausa, Rajasthan. Besides, the 45-second video clip that YSR shared appeared suspicious since it had 2 variations. In the video after 6 seconds, PM Modi can be heard saying Rajasthan k sukha prabhavit mere chote chote kisano ko milne wala hai. This sentence served as the reference point for our report. Our team then looked through the official Youtube channel of PM Narendra Modi to learn the complete details of the public rally.
So, on the official channel of PM Modi, we found a 35.15 minute long video uploaded on February 12, 2023. Moreover, in the last half of the video, we found the reference point. From 20.58 minutes onwards, PM Modi can be heard saying Rajasthan k sukha prabhavit mere chote chote kisano ko milne wala hai.
So after comparing the original video with the one shared by YSR we found that both videos are the same. However, the video shared by YSR was just a small clip of the PM’s rally at Dausa, Rajasthan. Next, we tried to find whether there was a less or huge crowd present at PM Modi’s rally. In the meantime, we found a glimpse of the huge crowd listening to PM Modi which can be seen at 25 minutes 10 seconds and 28 minutes 50 seconds time frames.
In further investigation, some pictures of the Dausa program were found on the Twitter handles of Nitin Gadkari and BJP’s Rajasthan unit in which it can be clearly seen that a huge crowd was present to listen to the PM.
Moreover, here are the Global Leader approval ratings by Morning consult political intelligence that came on February 9, 2023. According to these ratings, PM Narendra Modi once again tops the list among government leaders of 22 countries with a massive 78% approval rating. This means PM Narendra Modi is still the most popular government leader in the world.
So, all these points and pictures prove that there gathered a huge crowd to listen to PM Modi’s speech at Dausa, Rajasthan. Apart from this, there is no decline in PM Modi’s popularity as he is still the most popular government leader in the world. Hence, the claims made by BRS Party’s social media convenor YSR are misleading.
