The accused includes Muslims as well
A video is viral on social media, in this video some people are seen beating two youths. Through this video, some people on social media are communalising the incident by mentioning the religion of the victim and the accused. People are claiming that Hindus beat up Muslim youth in Kushinagar, UP. However, investigation reveals that there is no communal angle in this matter.
While posting the video on X, Radical Islamist Kashif Arsalaan wrote, Uttar Pradesh – Kushinagar, two Muslim youths were kidnapped and one was stripped and beaten badly. While the other youth was forced to stand in cold water and a video of the entire incident was made and went viral. After a lot of struggle, the police registered a complaint against 6 people, Nitin Madheshia, Aditya Singh, Aryan Singh, Arjun, Yuvraj, and Chandan. Mobilizing Muslims has become so easy that any Hindu mob can kill any Muslim whenever and wherever they want. Then the police applies light charges which results in bail and the Hindu organizations welcome them with garlands, the Hindu parties give tickets.
Propagandist Muhammad Tanveer wrote, Uttar Pradesh Kushinagar, Two Muslim students of class 9th were kidnapped, stripped and brutally beaten by Hindu boys studying in their same class. One of the terrorist mob also has an illegal pistol. The mob is brutally beating two minor Muslim children. FIR was registered against these 6 people Nitin Madheshiya, Aditya Singh, Aryan Singh, Arjun, Yuvraj and Chandan.
Radical Islamist Ali Sohrab wrote, Kushinagar: Two Muslim students of class 9th were abducted by the constitutional majority Hindu students studying in their same class and then stripped and beaten brutally at the point of a pistol.
Shahavaj Anjum wrote, Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh, Case of two Muslim boys being stripped and beaten by a Hindu group. One victim was stripped and beaten, While the other was pushed into the cold pond, risking his life. The attackers threatened to implicate charges for molestation with Nitin’s sister. Despite a complaint lodged by victim Aftab’s father on December 27, the initial police response was reportedly negligent. Police have now registered a case against six people Nitin Madheshiya, Aditya Singh, Aryan Singh, Arjun, Yuvraj and Chandan.

Satya Prakash Bharti wrote, Muslim youth was stripped naked and beaten, attempted mob lynchin. Aftab was brutally beaten by Nitin, Aditya Singh, Aryan Singh, Arjun, Yuvraj and Chandan after accusing him of molesting a girl in Kushinagar district of UP.
Apart from this, Mobin, Firdaus, and Mohammad Naseeruddin have also made similar claims.
While investigating this matter, we searched related keywords on Google and found the report of Dainik Bhaskar published on August 29, 2023. According to this report, this case is of a village in the Ramkola police station area of Kushinagar. In this case, the victim’s father has filed a case against Nitin son of Bablu, Aditya Singh son of unknown, Babu Sahajoli, Aryan Singh son of Vinod, Arjun, Yuvraj, Chandan, and four other unknown people.
The victim youth says that this incident happened on 4th December. I was going to my home from school. Then Nitin, Rizwan, Arjun, Aryan, Chandan, and four-five people came there on bikes and made me sit on the bike. After this, they said that they would implicate me in a case of molesting a girl. My friend was also with me. They beat him less but hit me a lot while showing the gun. They beat me by drowning me in a puddle. A video of this fight was also made. Why did they beat me? I don’t know.
We also found the FIR copy of this case during our investigation. On the complaint of the victim’s father, a case has been registered against Nitin, Aditya, Aryan, Arjun, Yuvraj, Chandan. There are also unidentified persons in the complaint. After this we contacted the father of the victim youth. He told us that Nitin, one of the accused involved in the incident, used to study with his son. Now he feels that because his son talks to Nitin’s sister on the phone, that is why he beat up my son. They called my son from his friend and then beat him badly.
When we asked him who were the unknown people, he said that the unknown people were Rizwan, Irfan Ansari son of Firoz Ansari, and Amir Ansari son of Qayamuddin Ansari. He said, I did not know their names earlier, that is why I did not give them in the complaint at the police station. These are also Nitin’s friends, these people raided my son. Police have arrested Arjun, Chandan, Yuvraj, Rizwan. The victim’s father has said that there is no Hindu-Muslim angle in this case. If there are Muslims here then there are Muslims among the accused also, he said.
Hence, it is clear from the investigation that there is no communal angle in the assault on the Muslim youth of Kushinagar, UP as some of the accused in the incident also belong to the Muslim community.
