We began our fact check by performing a reverse image search on the image and discovered that the claim, as well as the images, were false. It is a four-year-old incident from the Latin American country of Chile, where a small youngster was arrested for graffiti on the walls.
The reverse image search led to an article in Spanish from El Dinamo about the event. The event occurred in Chile’s Valparaso city, according to the report, which was published on October 2, 2016.
Furthermore, we discovered a tweet from the account @/PiensaPrensa dated 2016 that mentions the incident occurred in Valparaso.
Furthermore, an epicentrochile story with the same image has a heading that translates as “Carabinero arrests a young man who was making scratches on the coastal edge of Valparaso.”
Hence, the claim that the image shows an Israeli security official kneeling on neck of a young Palestinian boy and trying to kill him is false, as the incident occurred in 2016 in Valparaso city, when the young boy was detained for graffiti on the wall.
