The speed at which false news is spread by several political party leaders and media makes them the “carriers of lies”. The claim of an ambulance running out of fuel and it being towed by the tractor on the Meerut-Bijnor highway is also true. But to misguide people about it carrying a patient in it is false and utterly irresponsible, particularly on the part of the media whose job is to show true news and to check the authenticity of the facts before spreading it on national platforms.

Here is the proof of true facts about the incident by The Times Bureau, it was Clarified by Sunil Yadav who runs the company of Ambulance services, he said the video is of that time when “It was empty and was returning after dropping the patient to the hospital, it ran out of fuel on its way back on the highway”.

The video referred to was on its way back to Bijnor & was empty! As per the report in the Times of India, Mohd. Zahir who runs a saloon in Bijnor was taking his niece to Lala Lajpat Rai Medical College in Meerut in the ambulance on Friday. According to him, the ambulance services did not put her niece in wait or in any kind of misery. He added that his niece was unwell which is why he was advised by doctors at the district hospital to take her to the medical College.

The patient’s relative stated “My two-month-old niece was in the ambulance. There was no delay on the part of the ambulance authorities.”

However, the family lost their child during her treatment at LLRM.
