The actual footage is from August 16, 2025, in which the reporter is reporting about President Trump meeting Putin in Anchorage, Alaska. Furthermore, at the 17:40 mark of the video, the reporter discusses rumors that Putin uses a body double for some of his public appearances.
A conspiracy theory has long circulated that Putin uses body doubles during major events or trips. During his meeting with Trump in Alaska, this rumor resurfaced online, and Republic Bharat addressed it in their report.
