According to another report published by Amar Ujala on August 4, further investigation revealed the truth through CCTV footage. The student herself was seen going from Jalalpur to Chandwak by bicycle. The student fabricated the story that while going to school, four people in a black car kidnapped her. Police investigation revealed that the student had left home on a bicycle for school, but instead of going to school, she reached Chandwak.
Apart from this, according to the report, “She had fabricated this story to avoid being scolded by her family. Inspector Manoj Kumar Singh also confirmed this. He told that the class six student had left home for school on a bicycle in the morning, but instead of going to school, she reached Chandwak by bicycle. From there she fabricated the story of her kidnapping. When the student’s father lodged a complaint of kidnapping, the matter turned out to be something else during investigation. A student of the same school told the police that she had seen the student going towards Kerakat on a bicycle. When strictly questioned, the girl told that she had fabricated this story out of fear of her parents. On his information, the police recovered the bicycle from the houses located on the Mudaila highway. She had thrown her school bag in the river there itself.”
Conclusion: Based on the fact check research, it is clear that the BJP leader’s minor daughter was neither kidnapped nor gang-raped in the Jalalpur police station area of Jaunpur. The girl herself had fabricated the story of kidnapping out of fear of her parents.
