While conducting our research we found, a YouTube video of 2013, where then Chief Minister of Gujarat Narendra Modi in his election rally in Agra cited that congress promised to give 1 crore jobs to youth in 2004 Lok Sabha election.
Back then leading media The Economic Times distorted and misquoted, the same statement of Narendra Modi.
In 2017, leftist media house Quint also distorted the statement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
After going more in-depth, we found out the 2014 election manifesto of BJP, where no such promise of creating 2 crore employment annually was mentioned.

While on the other hand, the 2004 election manifesto of Congress promised to deliver one crore productive employment opportunities annually.
